Changes in vehicle technology
We would recommend the Acura Columbus dealership to our friends. We did not feel pressure to buy. We were not hurried through are experience. We got to drive different models. Our sales rep. Was knowledgeable about the vehicle and how it worked.

Professional and Thorough
Service appointments have always been easy and quick for me at Acura Columbus. Great communication and the multi-point inspection report provides excellent information. Service managers do not pressure you on potential repair items if you want to defer and are very knowledgeable in answering questions and providing options. Nice experience in every aspect.

Service personnel were all very courteous and helpful. I was greeted promptly and service on my car was quick. The waiting room was nice and the video feeds of the service area and car wash keeps you updated on how the service on your car is progressing.
