Stellar customer service

Was able to service my car within a couple of hours of my call. Service was fast, efficient and professional. This dealer is run like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend.

Service Department

Chris Diglia and Jim Cruikshank did an excellent job handling my RDX. I was well informed step by step and I felt at ease knowing that they are taking care of my vehicle. I've known Jim for several years and knowing that he is part of your team makes me even more loyal to come and have my vehicle serviced at your facility.

Great Experience working with Acura Columbus

I recently purchased a MDX from Acura Columbus and was extremely pleased with my experience. The sales consultant (Ray Welch) and sales manager (Brian Milliser) were knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. For anyone in the market for a new/used Acura I highly recommend Ray, Brian, and the entire Acura Columbus team.

Great used car purchase experience

First service at Acura

Had my first service experience yesterday with Acura Columbus. Extremely impressed by the efficient staff and process. I was done a little less than an hour for a routine oil change and other system checks. Service was above average on every level!!!

Battery

Overall whenever I have to visit for service I have a pleasant experience from everyone there. Prior visits Jim has been exceptional to hear my concerns while going through temporary frustrations. Zach is always a friendly face to see, greeted with a smile and makes sure that my service repair is expedited. Todd has gone above and beyond to handle service requests and been fair to me with reasonable pricing. I sincerely appreciate the entire team and all they do to make me feel like a valued customer. The service they provide, makes me want to continue being an Acura owner.
