2017 MDX Purchase

Bill and Acura Columbus did a great job. They worked hard to put together a deal that we were both happy with. Service will include some free oil changes and they had the extra accessories that I wanted in stock. They had the car ready to go on the same day.

Oil change, brake fluid change, check up

Everyone did an excellent job from intake personnel to mechanics to service advisor! We were treated politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

New car lease

Bill provided a great client experience start to finish throughout the buying process, Made it simple and easy for Theresa who was more interested in the car and its features and was able to quickly pivot and work with David who was more interested in the numbers. Even though a competitor's overall deal was better we choose this dealership because of Bill. Once we made our decision Bill and Kyle made the closing process painless. Open, honest, candid and timely communication made a real difference.

Much better than the rest

Probably the best Acura dealer so far. I've had many issues with Acura of Reno and Lindsay Acura, both of which provided horrible services that I would expect from a 3rd party mom and pop shop dealership not to mention that they've both severely damaged the bottom side of my 2 year old 27,000 mile car. Acura of Columbus provided service that I expected from Acura. Thanks so much for your help
