Hunter was great!

Hunter was great! He was very responsive to my questions and helping me get the car I wanted. He even let me know when a car I was looking for arrived on the lot. He helped me work the deal completely before I got there so I would be there less time. He had it washed and ready for me to drive when I got there. Later he already had everything transferred to the new car before I had finished signing the papers. The dealership was nice and I was well taken care of. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 was I was there for over 3 hours to finish all the paperwork when the deal was pretty much done prior to arrival. I had settled the car price and trade in value prior to me arriving. All that was left was for me to drive the car, say yes and sign the papers. Overall my experience was great it just took a little too long for me.

I walked in with the intention of looking at an Acura to

I walked in with the intention of looking at an Acura to compare with a Civic SI. I was greeted by Mike Shay. I was impressed with the car and more so with the knowledge and skill Mike displayed. Once we established what I wanted and my time frame he went to work and made things happen. I have owned more than a few cars( probably more than made sense) . What I appreciated was the no xx communication and follow through. Thanks Mike and all the staff at Acura Columbus

Best car buying experience ever.

Best car buying experience ever. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. Hunter had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. No hard upsells. He was very knowledgeable about the car features.
