I keep calling about my vehicle that is supposed to be

I keep calling about my vehicle that is supposed to be fixed under warranty through the dealer I bought it through. This place has had my vehicle for a month. I am still waiting to find out if it will ve fixed. I have no other vehicle. I am tired of the run around and just want my car back.

Best Infinity Service Department in OH

The Service Department staff at Infiniti of Dublin are exceptional. They listen well to your concerns, follow-up with you, and do the best job of any auto service department in Columbus, OH. My car was returned to looking better than when I arrived after being washed. I scheduled my next appointment!

Wonderful service department. Extremely helpful.

The service department went above and beyond to help us, even after our Infiniti had just come out of warranty. Zach in the service department was so incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough good things about how good he was in getting our car fixed.

Not happy

It’s a very ling story and I will keep it for myself because I personally know one of the employees from this dealership. So I don’t be a sick toward him even though I’m pretty much unhappy with their overpriced service.

do not buy used car from these people

My wife and i bought a used nissan murano from the dublin, oh location and while the buying process was completed without hitch and nicely....the servicing of car for warranty work ( the warranty was purchased through the dealership) for 2 issues in last 2 yrs has been nothing but a ridiculous fiasco headed by service manager andy (last name unknown). Both times car was scheduled for an appt and they were unable to get to it and i was told theyd get to it in morning and both times i had to call and force them to even get around to looking at car the next day. What is point of scheduling appt if you cannot even come close to honoring it? Total lack of coordination and professionlism.

Pick up Service

During the week of August 19, I called the scheduling department to have my car picked up and taken to the dealership for a brake and a battery inspection on September 4. I spoke to an amazing young lady named Shantel. I was so impressed by her. She was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. It was refreshing to speak with her, and she is an asset to the company.

Misleading customers

Sales staff provided me with miss leading information about wear and excess use allowance. Called and left several messages for a finance manager and the dealership manager. No one has returned my calls.

Emailed Initially, Ignored a Week Later

I emailed Infiniti about the status of a vehicle listed on cars.com; I received 3 emails over 2 days by everyone and their manager asking what they can do for me. I wrote back several days later to 2 of them and have heard -ZERO- from them. That's pretty bad, since I'm certain the entire buying-a-car experience is based on customer service.

BE Skeptical

Was made fun by a sales man under his breath. Other sales men refused to greet me on the way out. I felt terrible after making a huge life decision and I still don’t understand why because I gave them my 8 year savings.
