Great service as always. Andy went above taking care of the service that was needed. I've bought or leased 5 Infiniti's , from Infiniti of Columbus and will continue being a customer.

The Service Department has been outstanding in preventative maintenance and has continued to keep me informed about maintenance issues that need to be scheduled after the next few thousand miles.

Infiniti of Columbus has the best service department

Infiniti of Columbus has the best service department team! Zach Neuman is my Service Manager and he is exceptional! Very knowledgeable about Infinities and able to answer every question I threw at him. Zach’s Customer Service is above and beyond.

Zach and staff did a great job, and explained the back

Zach and staff did a great job, and explained the back ordered part essential for my QX60 2020. I will continue to use Infiniti of Columbus for service.

Infiniti service wanted to charge me 1200.

Infiniti service wanted to charge me 1200.00 for an unnecessary brake job. Local repair shop took care of it for 67.00
