Infiniti of Columbus has the best service department team! Zach Neuman is my Service Manager and he is exceptional! Very knowledgeable about Infinities and able to answer every question I threw at him. Zach’s Customer Service is above and beyond.

Infiniti service wanted to charge me 1200.
Infiniti service wanted to charge me 1200.00 for an unnecessary brake job. Local repair shop took care of it for 67.00
