Unprofessional --stay away.
Stay away from this place. Not professional. Will not negotiate off prices at all. And on top of that, their sales manager Mike Elsworth actually personally insulted us shouting out of his office into the showroom. Upper management didnt seem to car either. Just bad business. Stay clear. You have other choices.

Very helpful service, Jayson was very good and knowledgeable and answered all my questions in details I highly recommend infinity Columbus. Jason give me his business card for me to call him down the road if I need any help and that was very helpful for me I am definitely coming back and I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Infiniti of Columbus review
My salesman Radu Antal and the sales manager Will Danak did a really great job working with me and getting me into an Infiniti. I was trading in my Honda that had quite a bit of time left on it’s lease, and was worried that there wasn’t anything that could be done to get me into an Infiniti at a reasonable price. Luckily, Radu and Will were able to help me out a lot. Even the finance manager who went over everything with me, I can’t remember her name at the moment, was really great. It was getting late and towards the end of business hours, but she still took the time to go over everything with me and explain it. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured by anyone in that building, and that was a great feeling. Even when it came time to take delivery of the vehicle, it was late and pretty cold outside, but Radu still went over everything with me and helped me move a couple things from my Honda into my brand new Infiniti. I look forward to the next few years of my current lease feeling like I am in good hands, and hopefully even more after this lease is up.
