They we're nice and answered my questions. I did wait a bit in the beginning for the salesman that I spoke to on the phone. They also ran s credit check when I told them do not do that and as a result, I was dinged on my credit report. I was in there for a while, this was my first car experience. The car didn't have a manuel and they said they would take care of it and they have not yet. I also did not get a second key for the vehicle.

The car buying experience was very agreeable and it was easy and fun. Steve made the deal run smoothly. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Very good experience!

Finance Mgr Melissa has not returned my call regarding refund status that was requested 4mths ago. She keeps promising I?m tops to get handled but I never ever get the call back I?m promised.

I have been trying to resolve an issue that took place 4mths ago. Finance mgr keeps promising I’m top of list but I never hear back from her. Just excuses about how she inherited a bad situation from previous guy. That’s not my problem. They owe me a refund check of over $500

i went to see a car and I had a drive test and the guy didn't say a word or explained to me anything about the car, until they saw I was interested they started sending me several emails, bad customer service.

My wife and I recently returned to Infinity of Columbus to purchase her FIFTH infinity. Our sales consultant was Steven Graham whom we have dealt with previously. We always enjoy working with Steve because he is a consummate professional and I truly believe that he works very hard to get us the best deal possible. I like his personality and he is committed to making sure that we the customers are completely happy with the deal and with the vehicle. I absolutely hate buying cars with a passion but Steve thus far has been the only sales person I can find that takes the pain away. My wife loves her new Infinity and we got treated great by Steve and Infinity of Columbus. We worked with Eli in financing and he too was very professional and treated us great and completed all of the necessary paperwork with ease. This was an outstanding experience at Infinity of Columbus.
