Tony Baxter was a joy to work with

Was looking for a reliable/safe used car for my daughter to drive this summer (back from college). The search was broad, spanning 5-10 local dealerships. Tony Baxter was by far the best person we worked with across the dozen sales people/dealerships we met with. Tony has great product knowledge, and was very easy-going and more interested in us finding the right car than putting on the 'hard sell'. Beyond pure 'technical competence, I prefer working with people who have great interpersonal skills and a sense of humor is always a plus. Tony provided all of those.

Perfect

I was extremely happy with the service provided, as always at Performance Lexus. I have been to many dealerships for service, but their facility and staff are way above the rest, including other Lexus dealerships I have been to.

ES300H HYBRID PURCHASE

RALPH SELLS & MIKE WITTE MADE THIS SIMPLE, PAINLESS & EXPEDITIOUS. THEY GAVE ME A FAIR TRADE FOR MY 2010 ES350 AND A GOOD PRICE ON A ES300H WITH MULTIPLE OPTIONS. I LOVE BEING ABLE TO LEAVE A DEALERSHIP AND NOT FEEL LIKE I'VE JUST BEEN ROBBED!

Went to Tony with some unusual needs and request. I am proud to say Tony Baxter and his manager got it done. They were both a pleasure to work with. I am sure all the employees at Performance are great but I will send my friends to see Tony. Thanks for all you did for me and my family.

Purchased 2011 RX350

I've been taking my 2006 GS to Performance for over 4 years of service and during that time I ran into Amanda and Tony contemplating trading in my GS. They were always professional and never pressured me. A few weeks ago Amanda reached out and told me they received a few more SUV's and thought I would be interested. I called Tony and he took care of me. Tony and Amanda were very easy to talk to and made the process simple. The car I purchased had a few scratches and were missing some items in the car. Tony took care of all my needs without any hesitation. Thank you for all you did I really appreciate it and will always be a Lexus owner!!!

Outstanding , personalized customer service

Just bought a new Lexus NX. Performance Lexus sales, management, and technical delivery personnel provided the best, personalized buying experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. Special kudos to John Milazzo, Ralph Sells, Jason Morgan, Jonathon Guttman, and Kim Jones. This team is terrific.

Overall Experience - Fantastic Experience

Our Lexus experience. We have purchased lots of vehicles from Performance Toyota & Lexus. We have come to expect the top of the line service. This time was no exception. Our Service advisor was Mike. He was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better person to handle our problem. When I had a problem the first thing Ralph, manager, asked me is was I in a safe place. I felt very secure at that point. Now for our salesman John Milazzo. We have bought approximately 9-10, lost count, vehicles from John & every experience was FANTASTIC. He makes you feel like you are the only one he has sold a vehicle to. Does not push you, offers you coffee, water etc. We followed John from Toyota to Lexus. We feel John is part of our family, as well as Lexus. You walk in & if John sees us he immediately greets us, no matter if he is with someone else he finds a way to greet you. I can't say enough about John. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
