Excellent, quick and easy service

It was a quick and easy first service appointment at Performance Lexus. They got me in a loaner vehicle quickly and got me checked out and on the road in even less time when picking up my car.

Lexus ES 350

Everyone at Performance Lexus was very friendly. I loved working with Jeff Smith. He was absolutely phenomenal, very knowledgeable and friendly. From the beginning of showing me and my wife different cars to setting up different test drives. Everything went very smooth. I would most definitely go back there for my next car....soon

They stood by to their mission statement

I recently purchased an SUV with 66,000 miles, 10yrs old, at about $700 below market value. Within 700 miles, a squealing was coming from under the hood upon start up. I figured the belt needed replaced. I knew I had "no warranty," however I thought I would give them a call anyway and see if they would fix it for me free of charge. I set up an appointment for them to look at it under the impression I would likely be responsible for either parts or labor. Not great, but better than anywhere else right? I could not make it, due to work, so my wife and children took the SUV up. My wife texted me and said that they were going to replace the serpentine belt free of charge. I was so glad that this dealership did the right thing by us. It is not often that one goes out and buys a car and the dealership does the right thing for the customer just because it is the right thing. Thank you Performance Lexus for being honorable.

Very pleasant experience

Great Car Buying Experience

Tony was professional.....very responsive.....attentive......pleasant. The purchase of the car was straight-forward and basically conducted online..... The entire purchase process (selection, placing the order for the car to be built with the options that we wanted and the pricing) was seamless. It was a great experience to work with Tony and Performance Lexus.

Outstanding service

Service is always superb. Ron Riek always provides great customer service and is always pleasant to work with. Service is usually timely. I appreciate it when the service consultants provide updates about your vehicle when you are sitting in the waiting area.

Great Car, Great Dealer, Great Experience

Tony and the rest of the Performance Lexus staff were excellent. They were patient with all my questions and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Tony is a very polite, straight forward salesman. The Performance Lexus facility is amazing. My family and I were very impressed. We will shop there again, and would most definitely recommend them to others.
