I had never shopped at Performance Lexis but when I saw online that the car I was looking for was on the lot I paid them a visit. It was a very busy Saturday at the dealership and although I did spend several hours from beginning to end on my purchase it seemed much shorter. The showroom is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. And my salesman Tony Baxter was excellent! He made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend only better because when I was leaving this friend's place I was leaving with a new sweet ride! I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the people who would be Lexus Owners would trade in used cars in impeccable shape. We jus bought a 2012 Toyota Camry and got an awesome deal. My wife and I were looking for a used RX 350 and found what we were looking for at Performance Lexus at Kings Auto Mall. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years (new and used) and our experience at Performance Lexus was, hands down, the best ever! We had looked a few vehicles at other dealerships prior to arriving at Performance. Unlike the salespeople at the other dealerships, Pete Beck, at Performance had complete knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at and was able to answer each and every question we had. There was virtually no sales pressure and Performance even repaired a minor blemish on the bumper to new condition without charge or hassle of any kind. Everyone we met at the dealership was courteous and professional and their facility is the best we have ever experienced. We'll definitely return!

It has been 8 years since buying another car and this was a great experience. We found the used car we wanted, everyone was very polite and helpful to answer our questions and they did not give a hard sell.
