Purchased a 2013 RX 350

I had a great experience when I purchased my 2nd RX. My first car was new - this one is a 2013 - with all the bells and whistles! Everyone at Performance Lexus, from the Sales Mgr. to the Sales Consultant, to the Financial employee, Service Dept., and mechanics are all the best. Everyone is so knowledgeable - and patient - and I am a person who asks many, many questions, so patience by the staff was really necessary! Pete Beck was the Sales Consultant who told me everything I needed to know about my car - he took me on a "test drive", and helped with trying to bring me up to speed with the Navigation System. I had to call him more than a few times from home to "get it" and he was always more than willing to help in any way he could! I truly couldn't imagine a better and more positive experience than the one I had at Performance Lexus, Cincinnati.

Very professional and perfect....

I enjoyed the experience and it was fantastic!!!. Robb Kelly took time to detail various features of ES 350 and helped me to select the right car. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Robb and he understands what a customer wants. Jason explained everything about the documents and I liked his honesty. Jonathan Gutman delivered the vehicle like a professional and took time to explain the all the important tips to drive safe. Thank you...

Excellent dealership and top notch service!

I was very pleased with Performance Lexus from my initial contact on their website through picking up my new vehicle, the experience was excellent! I dealt with Tony Baxter from internet sales and he was a great help! He was direct and efficient on first contact and very friendly to deal with. The vehicle I purchased needed to have a few minor things repaired before picking it up and Tony stayed in contact throughout the process, responded very quickly when contacted, and ultimately delivered excellent customer service and a beautiful product at a great price! I have purchased many vehicles and dealt with various salespeople in the automotive industry. Tony was hands down the best person I have dealt with. His willingness to help, friendly and upbeat attitude, and no pressure approach were very much appreciated by me. The dealership itself if very big with a great selection, comfortable customer lounge, and clean/new appearance. I would definitely return for another purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Tony and Performance Lexus to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Purchased my 3rd RX

Doug Greenup always makes it easy and enjoyable when purchasing my next RX. I won't go anywhere else. I didn't plan to trade in my old RX F-sport yesterday, but they helped make the transaction enjoyable. I always know I will receive a great car and good value.

Great car buying experience

I had never shopped at Performance Lexis but when I saw online that the car I was looking for was on the lot I paid them a visit. It was a very busy Saturday at the dealership and although I did spend several hours from beginning to end on my purchase it seemed much shorter. The showroom is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. And my salesman Tony Baxter was excellent! He made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend only better because when I was leaving this friend's place I was leaving with a new sweet ride! I will definitely shop for other cars here in the future and recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is car shopping. Thanks!

November Purchase To Remember

I would highly recommend Performance Lexus and Tony Baxter. Tony made our buying experience worth the drive and we have visited other dealerships prior to meeting Tony.
