Great experience buying a 2011 Avalon

John M and Doug G were really terrific...very knowledgeable and most helpful. Doug even programmed my phone into the car's blue tooth before we left the dealership. My "new" care is great but the buying experience was even better. thanks, guys!!

Service Is Always Satisfactory.

I provided a four star rating to customer service because when I arrived for an appointment that I scheduled over the phone the week before, the service department had no appointment on record. However, a service person immediately took care of the mistake, and my car was serviced without postponement or delay. I have been taking my car to Performance for the past five years for all maintenance as required and recommended. This is the first time ever that there was such a display of incompetence. The saving grace is that this error or incompetence was immediately rectified. In the future when I schedule an appointment, I will maintain a record of with the person's name, date and time that I called.

Buying from Performance Lexus was an amazing experience!

We recently purchased a used Acura MDX from Tony Baxter at Performance Lexus and it was an amazing experience! Amazing Experience!!

This is the place to buy!!! I had looked for used cars online and came across the prefect one that just happened to be at Performance Lexus! After inquiring online I began to work with Maria who was awesome and gave me a great deal! Once at the dealer I began to worry I wouldn't be approved for financing due to short length of credit history but Jason made this process a breeze! Overall, everyone at Performance Lexus was friendly and helpful! It was a great first time car-buying experience. I will definitely shop here again and recommend this place to family and friends!

Internet- One of the most easy way to purchase

It was the least time consuming experience we had in car buying. "Smitty" Internet Sales Specialist had everything ready to the point that just in two trips we were able to drive away our car. The used car Sales manager, Ryan Frankenberg did not act like normal used car salesman breathing on our shoulder heckling the price, indeed very professional customer oriented. Generally when it comes to used car loan sometime one has to spend more time in finance department than negotiating the car price. Jason Morgan the Finance Manager's experience and his efficient way of processing the paper work made entire loan process very smooth.

Very Positive!

Pete Beck made it easy for me to trade my 2013 for a new 2014. I could not resist the offer to get a new car at the same price as my exisitng car.

World class experience, thanks Tont

The entire process was a great experience. Tony Baxter was fantastic every step of the way. He was busy with other customers and still made me feel like I was the only person he was dealing with. He made the entire day calm and enjoyable. More than a great car salesman, a great person.
