I want to thank the PL team that helped me find exactly the car I had in mind! To start, the dealership is in great condition and I look forward returning for any and all car needs in the future. First off, Jeff Smith was my first contact and he led me through the entire process up to my driving away in my new car. He was knowledgeable and offered a myriad of options as we moved along the process. Jason Morgan, Ryan Frankenburg and Paul Cerrezin were part of the team that helped me through the process without pressure or curve balls. After a couple of visits to the dealership I ended up getting the exact car I wanted, which had to be transported from another State. I placed a special order on November 30th for a NX200t f-sport. I took delivery on March 2nd and love my new Lexus. It was a first class experience through the entire process. I am a trust but verify kind of person and the sales/delivery process was extremely straight forward and honest. It was nice to have no surprises. You never expect to walk into a dealership and think that you would become friends with the finance and sales people but I did. Tony Braxterand Jason Morgan pretty much made my day. The top notch service given along with true and honest compassion was unbelievable. Best car buying experience EVER and would recommend buying new or used with this team.

The service was increible starting with the emails then the meet in person i knew the car would be mine. It wasnt as easy as we thought but Tony motivated me to not be down that it was going to work. I am so happy i found him and that he help me end my 4 month long search and it was the best price out of 15 dealers i had contacted in a 150 mile radius. I will always keep this desler in mind and i think i will purchase from here only. I know they will go the extra length to get it done and will not give you the run around. Jason Morgan also helped close the deal and he was increible also with the good warranty deals and if you soeak spanish he can help you also. It was our best experience purchasing a vechicle.
