Excellent Car Buying Experience

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! It was easy, and no pressure or tacky salesman techniques. We loved the atmosphere and the culture at Performance Lexus. It has a "family" feel to it. We can't speak highly enough of Robb Kelly!!! He was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and super easy to relate too.

Used RX - very happy

I submitted an Internet lead and Tony Baxter promptly contacted me via email. We visited the dealership and was able to look at the vehicle immediately. I didn't want to drive the vehicle until we knew about the my trade so the quickly evaluated a fair price. Overall I was treated like I was buying a brand new RX even though I didn't. Very happy with the Tony and the dealership.

New Lexus RX350

My wife and I had a very positive experience buying our new Lexus. Our salesman Jeff Smith was very personable and informed. Jeff found us our dream vehicle and helped us through the whole process. Jason Morgan was also very friendly and informative.

Our experience was wnderful.

Tony Baxter was friendly, knowledgeable, and Professional. We would recommend friends and family to go see Tony if they are looking for a car. He gave us great advice and we felt quite comfortable with him.

IS 350 F

I can't imagine a better experience from the sales staff, sales manager and the General Manager. Thanks again, its the 4th car purchased here and always a treated incredibly. Only one word, PERFECT!

Excellent service at Performance Lexus

I received exemplary service. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and politely. The work was done very well. Phyllis Hackman was particularly remarkable. She was extremely attentive and focussed on providing the service I needed and answering all of my questions. I did not feel like "just another customer". She advised what would be done, what to expect and that is exactly what happened. No unpleasant surprises. Very impressive! Thank you to the Lexus service team!

He was observant, and always available but not to the point of being pushy or annoying. Jeff answered all questions quickly which shows he has excellent knowldge of the products he sells. I am so blessed and thankful for Amanda introducing me to Chris Patterson, my salesman! And I am also thankful for Jason Morgan in Finance! And we were so blessed to meet Carmine who talked to Mom in Italian in her native language and was from her hometown in Italy!!!! I am so grateful and I thank God and my Savior the Lord Jesus Christ for leading me to Lexus of Cincinnati again after 11 years when I bought my first Lexus. I am a loyal Lexus customer because you all are like family and just the sweetest people! And you all really care and are so different from other car dealers.
