Performance Lexus

Tony is wonderful! We are very thankful that he is the one that we got to work with on our purchase. He is kind, professional, personable and genuine. He made this the best purchasing experience we have ever had.

The staff at Performance Lexus are friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, and efficient. Not only did our sales consultant (Jeff Smith) convince us to purchase a 2014 BMW 650 xi, but he convinced my husband to upgrade his old truck to a 2013 Lexus LX 570 on the same day. Jeff is very professional and eager to help in anyway he can. He made sure before we decided on vehicles that all of our needs were met. After working with sales the finance team sealed the deal(s). I would say that this was my best car buying experience, yet!

I met Tony through a follow up phone call through a lead generated by the Consumer Reports web site. I was researching satisfaction and ratings for various SUV's. As I narrowed my choices down, a link popped up showing a couple dealerships that had models with features and colors close to what I was looking for. A couple hours later, Tony called me and we spent 30 minutes discussing details on the Performance Lexus available inventory . He sent me several individual car spec sheets with additional pictures as requested while we were talking. We made an appointment for the following day. When we arrived, Tony had a car picked out for us and after looking at several available options, we test drove the one he had selected. Tony provided several financing options and answered various questions over the next day very quickly. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase, Tony had the paperwork all organized so the delivery was seamless. As other delivery and financial specialists mentioned options we had, nothing was a surprise as Tony had covered it during our conversations. This was our fourth Lexus purchase in the last five years. We workedspecifically with Tony Baxter and as always he was not only Attentive to our needs but in this case went well beyond my expectations. We purchased a 2016 and NX 200. This was going to be a Christmas surprise for my wife and Tony went out of his way in a short timeframe to make it happen for us. He went as far as delivering the car personally Christmas morning at 6 AM which made The surprise perfect. Can't thank him enough and we will be back in the future.

I had not purchased a car of any kind for fourteen years. I'm just one of those drive it til the wheels fall off. Wasn't sure what I wanted. I'm a pretty trendy person but came of humorously like a cave woman when it came to cars. My husband and Jeff Smith gently guided me. Jeff ask me great questions to help me shape my thoughts and narrow down what I really wanted. No pressure. I am a behavior coach for a living. He was funny and very kind. Cars have changed a lot in 14 years. LOL

Tony was attentive to my auto needs and my physical needs while on the Kings' PL campus. Went for a very complete test drive. Super!
