Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach

After very disappointing results at the Ford dealership where my family has purchased 4 new cars over the past 20 years (and serviced them there-but not again), we decided to head away from the Ft. Lauderdale area and head up to Al Packer Ford on Southern. What a difference! We felt as though they ACTUALLY WANTED us to by a car from them. Our salesman was Ivan Jazmin, and he was great. Professional but also down-to-earth. He told us later that he told the finance department that “These people came all the way from south Broward. If we don’t treat them right they’ll never come back!” They worked with us to get the car we wanted at a price we were very happy with. And yes, we drove out of the dealership just a couple of hours later with the new vehicle. Thanks, Ivan, for making it all come together. You definitely have our future business!

Found my truck online and their web delray meant did a great job to facilitate my schedule. I work a ton and had to come back to seal the deal and Mike Ferretti worked with me the whole time. When it came time to finally pick her up the process was smooth and really quick. Love my truck! And had a great experience.

Ashley Moore is the best service person at Al Packer Ford west. He is always profession, attentive and interested in solving the problem in a timely manner.

The service was excellent, Nobel the sales guy is a real professional, they don't play games there, go in and out fast and happy, i would for sure come back in the future to make another deal, the price on the internet it was the same when i got there, i past the whole saturday on the other ford dealer and it was a waste of the time, and in only one hour they gave me what i was looking for, thank you so much!!!

Bought a new Ford Flex and have crack in window that was obviously already there. And neither this dealership or Ford will help with this problem. They want me to pay between $500. And $800. To diagnose the problem to see if it’s a warranty problem. So do not buy from them or Ford because once you buy the car you are on your own with any problems. Everyone just passes the buck. I will NEVER BUY a Ford car again...
