Awful service , untrustworthy

I have a 2022 Lincoln Navigator with 1000 miles in an accident. Leo is unethical. After 7 weeks we went to pick up our car and the lines on fender , quarter panel and hood were all off. The paint was speckled and had multiple swirls. Awful . We tell him to fix it. Another the quarter panel was off and he said we never touched it! But when we check the estimate he billed insurance. They repair car and I come back two weeks later with some improvements, but there is black stuff on car he claims is compound. I take car and call him after an hour and tell him it will not wash off. They burned the plastic on my headlight and had multiple scratches on my brand new hood. I had the car one hour and he says “it must’ve happened on your drive home” I live 3 mins away . Leo and Mullinax are dishonest. I now have to bring car somewhere else to repair their repairs and damage! Stay away and get your car pulled if you get towed there.

Never have I ever given a bad review online but after

Never have I ever given a bad review online but after horrific service from Mullinax Ford in Lake Park for my Ford Transit Connect I must warn future buyers to STAY FAR AWAY FROM MULLINAX LAKE PARK. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MULLINAX. They do NOT honor their warranties. And COVID is not an excuse for everything! I purchased my THIRD FORD a Ford Transit Connect from Mullinax Ford. I thought my warranty was 36000 miles or 3 years whichever came first. My car had 9500 miles on it when my battery died in November 2020 at only 1.5 years old. Called Mullinax service and they said they could not fix it until after Xmas!! So I called AAA and they came over in 10 minutes and said I needed a new battery. I called Ford to make sure they would reimburse they said yes just get us the receipts. Got new battery emailed receipts. 3 months later no reimbursement check and battery dead again, called AAA, they said and PROVED it was not the battery rather something in the car causing the battery to leak. Went to Mullinax they kept my car for a MONTH! They have no loaners. I had to rent a small car for which they said they would get me reimbursement. My total cost at this point was $1797!! Mullinax said they had to submit paperwork to Ford in Michigan for reimbursement. I got a check for $873 which was partial reimbursement for the car rental and $0 ZERO for the battery. Apparently here are Fords rules: -They do not pay for batteries if the battery dies during normal business hours unless you go to a Ford dealer. Mullinax never told me that. My battery died at 11 am. Mullinax told me to keep my receipts and submit. If my battery died after business hours MAYBE they would have paid for it, who knows. -Ford only pays $35-$49 per day for a car rental reimbursement FROM THE START DATE OF WHEN THEY BEGIN THE REPAIR!! Since my car rental cost me $1455 and they only reimbursed me $873 it means MY CAR SAT ON THEIR LOT FOR TWO WEEKS or MORE doing nothing. So now I am out of pocket $982 for this entire mess. ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS WHILE UNDER WARRANTY! I called FORD in Michigan. First they said they would try to get Mullinax to reimburse me more, EITHER FOR THE BATTERY or the rest of the RENTAL but not both!! Made no sense to me. MULLINAX refused. So then Ford in Michigan called and left this message. "To keep my battery receipts because right now they do not have a program to reimburse me but maybe in the future they would" WHAT? In the future I will NOT be under warranty... no chance they will reimburse me then if they do not reimburse me now. Do NOT purchase a car from Mullinax Lake Park. Sad since they lose the trade in sale of my current FORD and the sale of my future FORDS. How STUPID can a dealership be to lose a loyal car customer over $982?

They do not take care of their loyal customers at all.

They do not take care of their loyal customers at all. We have bought 10 vehicles from here and our last vehicle we bought a few months ago was our last. They paid off wrong vehicle, screwed us out of more money and took no responsibility for their mistakes. Said it was our fault. DO NOT TRUST THE SALES MANAGER AND THE FINANCE GUYS. And the general manager or owner has no respect to call or talk to us about how they can make it right. AFTER 10 VEHICLES. Never again. I will let everyone know to stay away.

Highly recommend Mullinax Ford

I came to this dealership back in August 2021 to put in an order for the new Bronco. Right away I was greeted by Andy Cook who assisted me with test drive and placing my order, which I have since upgraded 3 times. Given the demand, I am still awaiting said Bronco which is due to the current constraint of parts and a availability. That’s being said when my wife and I were in the market for a new SUV I contacted Andy and told him we were looking at the new Explorer ST. Mullinax had 3 new ST’s and 2 used ones on the lot to choose from. Most car dealers will show vehicles in inventory but they’re actually in the process of being ordered and not on their lot. Mullinax is a high volume dealer with plenty on their lot. We came in for the test drive and ended up purchasing a new one. The process was seamless. There was no haggling over prices. Mullinax did not add anything over MSRP and I qualified for a discount. My wife and I were in an out in about 3 hours. Keep in mind nothing was done over the phone or via e-mail as far as any deals go so I thought it was a quick process. I’m very pleased and looking forward to purchasing my Bronco here too! Highly recommend Mullinax Ford and Andy Cook!

I searched within 200 miles of West Palm Beach and could not find an Explorer with a trailer hitch. Bobbie Delahunty was great. Bobbie, showed us an Explorer XLT in the showroom and my wife liked the truck and especially the seats. Bobbie took my order and I even used my Ford Partners PIN to get a discount on my 2022 Explorer. Within two months it was here and we picked it up today. Thank you Bobbie
