Luiz, who wrote up the repair was conscientious, friendly, and personable in following and overseeing the task. Chris, the mechanic, did a good job in completing the task. After returning home, I set out to do some more work on topping off the reservoirs but found Chris had already done that work also. I'm pleased with the work on my grandson's car and will return.

After haggling with dealerships in Miami, Mullinax Ford went above and beyond my expectations. They are true and stick with their "Up-front pricing no dealer fees". We pulled in to dealership 15mins early before they opened to look around. Clarence Rasberry pulled in right behind us and immediately came to help us out. We let him know what we were looking for and he showed us around. He made our car buying process easy and I never felt pressured into anything. I tried to buy a used vehicle from them. Turned out to be a waste of my time. They gave me two incorrect buyer sheets and never included state tax for Florida (registering vehicle in Arkansas), but they hit me with the tax after I already secured a loan, mailed them the check, deposited three grand, and purchased a flight to go pickup the car. Then the used car manager wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Told me that I could buy the car or don’t, he could care less. xxxx this dealership, hope they get get wiped out this hurricane season!

I apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. When you were originally planning to purchase, the costs were based on you shipping the vehicle from Florida to Arkansas. Per Florida’s tax laws, if you are not driving the vehicle in the state, you are exempt from paying the Florida tax. When you decided to instead fly to Florida and drive the vehicle to Arkansas yourself, we were obligated to abide by said tax law, and also charge the Florida tax since you would be driving it in-state. If any of this was miscommunicated to you, I again apologize. We prioritize being Up Front throughout the buying process and I hope you can understand. Mr. Nicolas, There was no miscommunication that led to this issue. I was never going to have the vehicle shipped from Florida to Arkansas. It was clearly relayed that I was coming down to pick up the vehicle. Your salesman was working to have the vehicle delivered to my fathers house or the Kissimmee dealership for pickup. The issue of the additional sales tax was not brought up until after I had received the second buyers sheet and my purchase check was cut and delivered to your dealership. Your team failed me as a customer and then your used car sales manager failed me by not willing to try to work something out to make the deal right. I have all the documents and communications to clearly prove the appropriate timeline of events. Coming on here to say that I was misinformed clearly shows that you were misinformed by your staff. I am a salesman myself selling forklift equipment that frankly dwarfs the minimal profit margins of your used sales, I know how to treat customers well to retain lifetime customers, I’ll make sure to let customers know how xxxx poor your customer service team handled business so they don’t waste their time.
