This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. It was simple, the price was fair and the salesman wasn't the least bit pushy. And I'm loving my new hybrid Ford Fusion!

Considering this was a truck that was gonna require power and offer convenience, our Sales Consultant Daniel Lee presented us with just what we were looking for. I recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Explorer Sport from Mullinax and it was a super easy experience. The sales rep, David Pakula was friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. I had visited Mullinax early in my car shopping and started to deal with a different dealership for another car company. They were extremely pushy and played a lot of games. When my husband and I walked out of that dealership, we called David up and he had the car we wanted to see waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy and the rest was pretty easy. No dealer fees, no back and forth - just a straight forward purchase. I would buy from Mullinax again.

I just bought a brand new Ford Escape from Mullinax Ford. Alfredo was extremely helpful and informative. His knowledge of the car was extensive. I am so happy with my purchase! I plan to keep the car for a long time!

my husband and I were greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable sales man a Mr. Alfredo Gonzalez. My husband and I had not decided what vehicle we wanted to buy, so we test drove a few, and at the end we decided on the Ford Escape. Love this car!!!! . Mr Gonzalez followed up with us a few days later to see if we had any questions about the car, and to see if we were happy with our purchase. I must say this was one of the best car buying experience we ever had, no pressure at all. Would highly recommend Mullinax Ford .

I was given a free oil change coupon at Sunfest by south Florida Ford Association. I brought my 2012 Nissan pathfinder in and was told that the coupons were only meant for Ford owners though that is not what the offer said. I was told they would honor the coupon but I would have to leave the car there and it may be a day or two before they receive the "parts" aka an oil filter. I was also told making an appointment wouldn't make a difference because they won't order parts for a vehicle that isn't physically on site. I left dissatisfied and I went to Wayne Akres Ford with the same coupon and was told no problem if the oil change is not done within an hour my next one will be free as well. I was in and out in 40 minutes and everything went great.

I was tired of other dealerships playing games with "the numbers." Mullinax just presented their up front pricing and I was pleased with the prices. I feel I got the best deal possible.
