Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach

In the last two years I have purchased two Fords from Mullinax Ford. The upfront pricing made the purchases easy. I did my research prior to going back to Mullinax Ford and knew I was getting a good deal, Billy S. showed us several vehicles with various options on the model we purchased. Billy was very patient, allowing my wife and I to discuss each vehicle and make a decision. Sufficient time was provided to explain the many features of our Ford Fusion Hybrid with the option to return anytime with any questions We're glad we returned to Mullinax Ford for our second Ford purchase.

I was very hesitant to shop for a new pickup, because I hate dealerships and the pressure the sales people put on me, but went to Mullinax, and it was painless, the price was given to me, and never changed or had more added to it, plus the bank that has my business accounts was offering what i thought was a great rate, and Mullinax beat it by .75%.

This is our second purchase from Mullinax Ford, and we will go back for our next vehicle. The entire staff made our purchase a pleasant transaction! Ask for Ray!

I can say without a doubt that Mullinax Ford is a great dealership to work with. Joe Trotta did everything to make my experience the best. He answered all my questions, He took more than enough time to show me several vehicles and demonstrate all the options on the car (and I got almost all of them). He was patient when I asked the same question over and over. The deal I got was more than I expected. I can't say enough about the customer service at Mullinax Ford. They have treated me like a king. I would recommend them to everyone.

Felt no pressure at all to buy, after visiting at least 10 other dealerships and vultures I was truly sick of the entire process.. but at Mullinax everyone was friendly and there was finally no pressure. Recommended them to my friends who are also looking for cars

I went in to Mullinax just to "look" at the Edge. I was just beginning my search for a new vehicle and wasn't sure what I wanted. John Wayne and Chuck were both extremely knowledgeable on all Ford products and were able to answer my long list of questions. Neither was pushy to seal a deal which made me more inclined to purchase. Left the dealership and ended up returning a few hours later. Quick and easy process! Great Service!

Researched the Ford Explorer ahead of time, and determined what price I wanted to get the SUV for before haggling. No need to haggle, and got the price I wanted on a base unit plus added leather interior. Steve Stocker made it simple and easy. I would recommend Steve to anyone. Here is the funny thing about this purchase. Mullinax was recommended by another car salesperson from a competing Ford dealership, who couldn't meet our price. Thought we were being setup to come back, but wasn't. Thanks to both salespeople.

My mother has been buying fords from Ray Bowen at Mullinax ford Lake Park for years. He always took really good care of my mother so when it came time for me to purchase my first brand new ford there was no other dealership or sales man we'd rather give our business to than Ray Bowen at Mullinax. He helped be pick out the perfect car for me that fit around my budget and got me the most for my trade! He made the car buying experience so wonderful! I am so happy with my 2014 focus se!
