Bought a car from you many years ago.

Bought a car from you many years ago. Best experience I ever had buying a car. Left a sweet taste in my mouth. That’s why I came back. This time very nice as well, Robb Danley great to work with. One exception - he never told us there’s only one key to the car. Only when we’re ready to leave did he tell us. That left a sour taste in my mouth. We had to pay $501 for another key!!! Really? Just be upfront with everything. But we love the car inspite of it all. Wes

I love Venice Sunset Kia. I always received excellent customer service from this location not to mention I love my Sportage !!! My family liked my car so much that my daughter came and bought one, so did my parents. I need to mention the donuts are out of this world and they make a great cup of coffee. Had the service department take a look at my car for a

Had the service department take a look at my car for a diagnosis of an issue. The service manager that dealt with my car is named Shadi. When Shadi called me to let me know the car was ready I asked him for a detailed estimate. He said he'd need to get with the mechanic and the parts people first. A couple of days later I went to pick up the car (1 hour round trip for me and my wife, and using our other car to make the trip), and before I left the house, I asked him if he could have the estimate ready for me when I got there. He said "yes, it's ready to go." It wasn't. So I asked him if he could email it to me. He reluctantly said yes after I rejected his offer to drive back (again) to the dealership to pick it up - at some point. Remember, I already told him I wanted it ready when I picked up the car. So, I wrote down my email address of the last 20 years for him, and left. After a few days and a few calls to him I knew he was lying about attempting to send the estimate via email because, as I told him, the email was not in my inbox, or my 'junk mail' folder. I happen to have a 30 year career in the software field and therefore knew he never attempted to send it. He said he'd send it again after we hung up. Of course that didn't happen either. I called again and asked him to look in his email system and verify the email address he sent it to. He told me they use a fax machine (yes, he said "fax machine") to send emails and therefore don't have the ability to look in any Sent Mail folder to verify the email address it was sent to. What a bunch of xx. I called several more times in the following days and the bottom line is that he hasn't bothered to attempt to send the estimate. Good luck if you end up having to deal with this guy.

This was my first US car purchase!

This was my first US car purchase! I have lived in the UK for most of my life. I visited many dealerships looking at cars but I felt so coerced into a purchase each time that I lost my nerve! My friend recommended that I look at a Kia and sent me to Sunset Kia. What a breath of fresh air! They were wonderful! I am so delighted with my new car! Thank you Sunset Kia! Very good dealership

Everything was just fine, India's a great salesman. And the service department works very hard and diligently. To get the add-on's put on my new car..... I've been coming here for years. Purchase 2 vehicles and drive a hour and a 1/2 each way for service. Because it's always been very good.
