Great Experience

Our saleman Kermit was very friendly and helpful and made our buying experience less stressful and exciting. Finance manager Cory was also great! Looking forward to buying another vehicle in the future.

excellent experience - no pressure, no hassle

Salesman was knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly, as were all the others I dealt with. I couldn't have been more pleased and we wound up getting a new car.

Great Experience

Tim Fisher did an outstanding job giving us product information and assisting us getting acquainted with the KIA Soul. His helpfulness and friendly manner made it a very good and happy experience. Luis Blanes also provided a pleasant and helpful experience. Yeah, Sunset KIA!

Tried to over sell services not necessary. Cabin Air Filter for $45, can buy on Amazon for $11. Front End Alignment, total not necessary, $139.

Worst buying experience ever!

I called Sunset Kia and talked to Lynne Coons about a car that my daughter wanted to buy. Lynne sent me 5 e-mails about the car and we set a time a few hours later that day to meet to buy it. My daughter asked for time off of work to drive up to Venice to sign the paper work with me. As we were leaving for the dealership she called and said "sorry we sold your car" This is a business practice that gives the car dealerships the reputation that they deserved. You hate going to a dealer to buy a car but you are stuck doing it. You are aware that they can not be trusted to ever tell the truth or do the right thing for a customer so we deal with it. Once in a while a good experience would be great to have but that is so rare that you never expect it. I would not buy or recommend going to Sunset Kia .
