Worst buying experience ever!
I called Sunset Kia and talked to Lynne Coons about a car that my daughter wanted to buy. Lynne sent me 5 e-mails about the car and we set a time a few hours later that day to meet to buy it. My daughter asked for time off of work to drive up to Venice to sign the paper work with me. As we were leaving for the dealership she called and said "sorry we sold your car" This is a business practice that gives the car dealerships the reputation that they deserved. You hate going to a dealer to buy a car but you are stuck doing it. You are aware that they can not be trusted to ever tell the truth or do the right thing for a customer so we deal with it. Once in a while a good experience would be great to have but that is so rare that you never expect it. I would not buy or recommend going to Sunset Kia .
