I have been to Sunset Kia in Venice several times for service, repairs and also bought my Kia Sportage from them. They have consistently been pleasant, professional, provided quality service, and not pushy or trying to oversell. Very happy with Sunset Kia of Venice and I love my Kia Sportage!

Awesome Dealer Experience
The best Kia dealer experience in SW Florida to date. They don't try to over sell you on anything. Service is incredible. Hand washing cars instead of the usual scuff n buff that most other dealers have. I highly recommend Sunset Kia.

Dead battery late afternoon
Showed up after dead battery jump start. Despite having no appointment and the late hr Frank and the staff replaced my battery and were professional and personable. This dealership always treats its customers well in my opinion

Oil Change and Replace a part in my steering wheel
Best Car Service Ever. Service Advisors are always welcoming and very helpful. Waiting room is very pleasant place to pass the time while waiting for repairs to be done.

Poor customer service overall
Well service advisor was more than helpful and courteous, but the cashier at time of payment definitely needs extensive training on how to treat customers and at least appear to have a positive attitude

I would rather have another baby then trade cars!!! I hate, hate trading cars and going through all of the "stuff" involved with most sales consultants. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with the ease and comfort we felt trading with Kermit Watkins as our sales person. He was not at all pushy and very helpful with all of our questions/concerns. We have already highly recommended him to others. Also dealing with Cory Mortz (Business Manager) was a very pleasant experience as well. Two kind, fair, pleasant men. Congratulations to Sunset Kia for having these two gentlemen on staff.

Great leasing experience
I went in to lease a car and the salesman that I had talked to before was busy but he met me and explained that he couldn?t help me right then but he could have someone else help me and that?s when he introduced me to Adam Bishop, he was very nice he new what I wanted to spend on a lease and he didn?t try to upscale me, he made the deal go extremely easy none of the usual back and forth that happens at other dealers, I am extremely bradenton happy with my experience brade
