Lincoln Service
I had a scratch on my rear bumper from a minor accident in a parking lot and was at the dealership to get a quote to repair it. Steve, the service manager, was able to rub it out using some compound and thus saved me from making an insurance claim which I appreciated very much. And following that I was able to stay and get an oil change in less than one hour which I also appreciated.

Lincoln MKC Recall Visit
Lincoln MKC leased in Dec 2104. Received recall notice March 15, 2015 and an appointment for part replacement was scheduled for 3 days later. The part was available and the work was performed as scheduled and took only 90 minutes. In addition a general vehicle check up was performed with addition of windshield washer fluid and a complimentary wash and vacuum. The customer waiting lounge had a local newspaper and gourmet coffee machine. My sales rep stopped by and inquired about my satisfaction with the vehicle. The service rep was very friendly and professional. As usual I was completely satisfied with my service experience at Ed Howard Lincoln.

Great Service
MKZ was serviced on time, and finished when promised. Your staff recognized me when I entered, and asked if everything was OK with my other car. Can't beat that. I come here because it's the only dealership in the area that I trust.
