What Service!!

I stoped to have my check engine light inspected and make an appointment for repairs as needed. It was diagnosed and a cost estimate given in ten minutes. The repairs were completed in a little over an hour and I was on my way!

Outstanding servicd

As usual, Ed Howard Lincoln took care of damaged tire and performed routine service. I consider this auto business to be the best I have dealt with over the years and would recommend it to anyone who needs the same.

May be dealing with a scam

Major issue, chronologically documented, with a newly built car purchase- owing us money. This has been unresolved for months. Prior to this, service was impeccable.

Routine service

In for a routine service. Dealer picked up and returned my car when complete and provided a loaner for me to drive. The car provide was a 2022 Corsair which I found to be an outstanding drive. I will surly look at one soon as a replacement for my MKC.

horrible dont use them!

HORRIBLE customer service i had my lincoln vehicle worked on breaks and calabers and they didnt even tighten the bolts!!!!! owner ed said well people make mistakes sorry not my problem... this could have been a HUGE accident putting my families lives at risk for a slap on the risk to their service guy who said he was distracted and walked away from the car! how do you forget to tighten the bolts!!! thank god we were driving local and were able to pull our car over when our calaber completely FELL OFF MY CAR!!! thank got we wernt on the hight way headed home to michigan. when i asked the owner ed for my own comfort if he would please loan us a car to get home he said no absolutely not its mot my problem yet i have NO reassurance that the bolts are there and on correctly this time. absolutely disgusted by ed and his team's behavior and treatment to the customers. so unbelievably sad
