The service department doesn't listen to their customers.

The service department doesn't listen to their customers. It is a shame. I got hurt twice from them not listening to what I needed done. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and they were suppose to update my GPS but didn't have what they needed. After 2 hours, they told me. Shame on them. I am now looking for another dealership that will listen to its customers. I do not recommend you visiting this dealership.

The service department wasn't as pleasing as my

The service department wasn't as pleasing as my experience in comparison to the sale of the vehicle. I still have a percentage of the bumper to bumper warranty.....and I was told some items are not covered.....I want to know your operation definition of bumper to bumper.

I have been with Nick Nicholas for 18+ years. They have always treated me right. And what can I say about my sales person Ana? I love her! We’ve been through a lot together. Not only is she a pro at what she does but she’s a wonderful person and friend. She makes the process of buying a car effortless.

Great timely service with appts . Provides free pu and delivery of your vehicle.within 15 miles . good follow up after the sale with questions I had . No high pressure salesman. Highly recommend !
