I can’t say enough about this dealership we went to a take five and had our oil change because our oil light came on along with change the fuel filter and the gentleman there told us that the bracket on the fuel filter was gonna break if he took it off so we needed somebody else to change it, went straight to the Ford Dealer in Inverness, on a Saturday there’s no way we thought we’d get in, low and behold The manager was there he got a and the person that worked on the truck. His name is Matthew. He was wonderful too, came right over and looked at it to see what the issue was said yes no problem. He could do it. There wasn’t an issue with it and thank heavens he was there to help us because the other guy told us we only had one fuel filter when in fact, we had two, on a Saturday again with no appointment you know you just really don’t get service this good nowadays so we’re so thankful for them. We had to get it done today because we’re leaving Tuesday. Headed to Texas, we’re full time RV’s.

There was a snafu during the buying process but when Bill stepped in he totally took care of everything and the final result was perfect
