Shortly after purchasing my used certified 2019, F150 truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and was told nothing was wrong and that I was mistaken, no problems found. On the third visit the service manager talked down to me like a dog and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I use the truck for work, highway miles only and regular oil changes, so I suspect they knew my warranty was close to being over by the mileage count and then they could charge me to fix it. Shortly after the warranty expired the head broke off the valves and blew through the top of my piston (See pics). I contacted Ford they instructed me to contact the dealer, the dealer said contact Ford, so they are playing me as the xxxxxx in the middle. I've tried contacting the General Manager through personal contacts but no results. So, I'm airing their dirty laundry for all to see. This cost me an extra $7, 222 and i should be made whole. Be on guard if you buy from this dealer. The sales team was great (Joey) and I originally went there as they claim to take good care of disabled Vetrans, but I guess that was wrong.

The staff particularly my salesman Chris Kawa was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I completed the sale of my vehicle in under two hours, start to finish. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and Nicholas Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used for vehicle.
