Customer service in the service department needs

Customer service in the service department needs improvement. It is very difficult to get in touch with your service advisor and they give the impression that they don’t care very much.

I found this used vehicle on Cars.

I found this used vehicle on Cars.com, scheduled a test drive with Jeff Cartwright, who was kind, thoughtful, thorough and patient. He even cooled the vehicle down before we drove it. Communication through the entire process was clear and timely, but never rushed or pushy. They truly made sure all of my questions were answered, I was getting the best deal possible, and no time was wasted. The vehicle is Beautiful and I could not be happier.
