My experience was surprisingly really good. Matthew Coleman my sales representative was attentive, personable, patient, friendly and a pretty good multitasker. Speaking with and negotiating with David the finance guy was stressful but (those situations usually are) he did his best to explain and settle any concerns. I’m very pleased with the vehicle I finally chose and I got it at a price pretty good price.

Not happy had a recall made my appointment 2 months
Not happy had a recall made my appointment 2 months earlier took my car to dealership said part was coming find out the parts is on back order I live 2:5 hours from dealership so now I have to bring my car back again to get it fix it why make an appointment if they are not going to fix the problem

they told me $500 for a simple clip for my E brake,
they told me $500 for a simple clip for my E brake, quoted over 6k for fixing leaks. mind you i have a 2018 430i, normal bmw and they tried to overcharge on any and every piece of maintenance. asked a mechanic about prices to fix the leaks and was told about $250.

Everyone talks very fast -time is money not to be wasted.
Everyone talks very fast -time is money not to be wasted. My contact thru text and phone only. Scheduler was brand new. Seller dropped off the car but Service couldn?t find the appointment. Took at lest 15 minutes to drop off car and longer to pick it up. Happy neither of us will need to work with this dealer again.

My vehicle needed some repairs and all the repairs were done at Principle BMW. We had some hiccups with the loaner vehicle and the person in charge been a little rude. Our service advisor always greeted us with a smile and helped throughout the whole process. We are extremely thankful for Richard
