They profiled me 4 times went to Austin to buy both yes THATS TWO CARS then they had to service them and they were so bad They told me I bought them in Austin take ot there. SO BUY YOIUR. CARS IN AUSTIN EVEN THE OWNER DOESNT CARE OR THE HElLP

Mark, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though it has been 5 months since we saw you in service. We’re truly sorry to hear that you’ve felt unheard during your visits, and we take your feedback seriously. At your visit in January, when your MINI needed radiator work due to external or road damage that is not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty, we worked with you to find a fair solution, adjusting the total cost of repairs by over $1,000 to assist you in a difficult situation. While the vehicle was purchased in Austin, we never intended for that to diminish the level of service you received here. Our goal has always been to support all MINI and BMW owners with respect, integrity, and professionalism, regardless of where the car was purchased. If our actions or communication led you to feel otherwise, we sincerely apologize.

Couldn?t ?locate? my car after an hour after receiving the text it was ready?. They said they were finishing ?washing? it.. Car was gross when they finally got it back me.

I had an exceptional experience at the BMW dealership

I had an exceptional experience at the BMW dealership thanks to Cesar Arrambide, who was truly outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, courteous, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for?without ever being pushy or imposing. His professionalism and genuine approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who respects your needs and makes you feel valued as a customer, I highly recommend asking for Cesar. Five stars all the way!

It seems that 3 1/2 hours was a long time to wait but

It seems that 3 1/2 hours was a long time to wait but that’s okay. My car was “lost” after it came down but was at the carwash. I specifically requested the car not be washed. I requested a new key battery. No new battery. But the people were all amazing. It’s the process that gets the 3 stars.

Seamless process.

Seamless process. I know have my third mini. Will be making another purchase In a few years. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and very personable.
