My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a BMW X5

My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a BMW X5 we were interested in. I called in and spoke with Jorge, who made an appointment with us for later that day. We arranged childcare and my wife and I coordinated from our jobs to arrive early. We waited 25 minutes to speak to Jorge, who told us he was now busy with another customer. We ended up waiting an hour until the dealership was closing before we finally gave up and left. An honest heads up on the conflict would have been appreciated, and at no point were we checked on by the various other staff loitering around. This was a very disappointing experience and I will seriously question coming back despite being a life long BMW owner.

The service technician, Michal, has taken care of all

The service technician, Michal, has taken care of all three of my BMWs. Everything always gets done right. She’s a real pro. That speaks very well for the dealership. Also, I’ve had the same experience with my salesman Tevin Nance. Very professional.

No issues with my service visit.

No issues with my service visit. They took me right in, had my loaner waiting for me and let me know the work was all done a few hours later.

Angel our service rep was excellent.

Ms. Aguilar, we are sorry you had a poor experience. Our service manager did confirm checking security camera footage as well as check in pictures of the vehicle based on where we were told the glasses were located, and they did not show to be located on the passenger seat as indicated on check in. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests at an exceptional level and we are sorry that this was not your experience. Our understanding is that our service management did reach out to discuss.

Ryan Watson is, hands down, the most attentive service rep I’ve ever encountered!! I really appreciate the time he took to explain the process to me every step of the way. And he was always a delight to talk to! My BMW experience has been a 10/10 so far!
