Buying a new Bronco has been quite an experience. Through no fault of their own, the 10 month wait was tedious. But Andy Ortiz went above and beyond his duty as a salesperson to satisfy however he could. Very pleased with Tommie Vaughn Ford.

The catalytic converter on our Transit Connect was...

The catalytic converter on our Transit Connect was stolen, so we went to this dealership (where we had bought the van) to have it replaced. OK, so we understand that supply chain issues are making everything take longer. But 3 weeks went by before this dealership was able to source a replacement. That's too dang long for our business to be without a delivery vehicle. Then, when the part did become available, we were told that the shop would get to our vehicle only after a bunch of City vehicles were serviced---"and we don't really even make any money on City vehicles," we were told. Really? Who would say that to a paying customer? Why not prioritize the customer who's paying full freight? Then, it took an additional week for our vehicle to be repaired and returned to us. And on each and every step, we were the ones having to reach out for updates: never did the dealership proactively contact us with updates. All in all, this particular transaction was sure disappointing.

First Car Purchase (Mustang Mach-E)

I purchased my first car (Mustang Mach-E) with Tommie Vaughn Motors. I worked with Jason Erbrick from May 2021 to December 2021. I texted him quite often and he always responded in a timely manner. When the car finally arrived at the dealership, Jason called me immediately and walked us through the process. He was very professional. He explained the car features to us as well. When it came to the purchasing process, we worked with Andrea Watson. She was very transparent with us which we really appreciated and she was fun to talk to. She didn't push us to buy anything we didn't need. Andrea also walked us through the paperwork and showed us exactly what we were purchasing. My husband and I are really glad we went with Tommie Vaughn first to purchase my vehicle. They also did not mark up the price for the Mustang which I'm thankful for.
