Tommie Vaughn Ford's team providing service on my 2014 f150 has always been timely, by courteous people and with excellent results and very fair pricing. They've built a lot of trust with me with this vehicle and the two previous ones. Looking forward to the next one coming soon. I've saved a lot of money having it all done right by this dealership.

I have purchased four vehicles from Tommie Vaughn...

I have purchased four vehicles from Tommie Vaughn dealership entirely because of Christy Zeh! She locates what I am looking for, works up a quote " which has always been great" and gets me the most for my money! She doesn't pressure sale or constantly contact me afterwards. She gives me the best deal she can and then lets me decide. That is what I like and the vehicles have always been outstanding!

I purchased a truck there this month. We were promised by...

I purchased a truck there this month. We were promised by JP the truck the next day and it didn’t happen so we let it go. Then promised it by Monday. A transport service came to pick it up but the salesman wouldn’t let them see it or get it. Turns out it had issues and they were fixing it all. However I never knew this and JP told the transport company we were unaware they had to fix the camera and other issues. We were never notified about the issues just found out by the honest transport company. We didn’t receive the vehicle till Wednesday. I called to get my transfer reimbursements refunded because of all the fails on their part. Lance Lagvine the “GM” said no problem just send us the invoice. I apologize. I though wow ok I feel okay with this now. Now guess what! Lance doesn’t return my calls nor my emails to send me a check to reimburse me like he promised. Furthermore the sales person JP never called and thanked us for our purchase. It was horrible experience. I would not suggest purchasing here.

FIXED CORRECTLY AND ON TIME. GOOD COMMUNICATION. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. CAR WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. EVERYONE WAS WEARING PERSONAL PROTECTION. NO PROBLEMS.

Great customer service

I recently bought a new Expedition Max Platinum from Tommy Vaughn. They provided great service and a great price. They also went above and beyond to locate the vehicle I wanted .

Hate the car

The service center is okay, but takes a while to get your car fixed. The buying process took like 5 hours and i said several times ?if this is going to be any longer than 40 min, tell me now so I can leave.? They would assure it would be less than 30 min and knowing full well they were lying. The salesman was nice but ultimately bordered on incompetent. The expedition has tons of features I do not like and that cannot be changed. So overall an unpleasant experience on a $70k car.
