Friendly. Efficient. Would have done a filter change but for the charge of 90 USD. So I walked down to parts and bought the filter. Changed it my self once I got home. Price of oil change should have matched the discounted flier they sent to my house.

I can compare the service at a couple of other dealers; Tommie Vaughn staff has been the best. Service on my old truck was excellent and that was a factor on purchase of my 2020 Ford F-150 from Tommie Vaughn.

Honest

Went to another dealership first that use the old bait and switched even after I called to confirm and set a appointment I didn?t mind paying more at a fair price just glad to deal with honest salesman and finance person

Pleasant Experience

Made an appointment at Fast Lane for "The Works". In on time, out quickly. They worked to apply my Rewards from both the old rewards account and the account from Fast Pass. Could not give facility 5 stars because it was hot in the front waiting room from all the glass. After sitting there a while I asked if the AC was working and was told about another waiting area without all the windows. Much better there.

Just want to give a shout out to KC Mings! He has been my service adviser for a couple years and always goes above and beyond for us. I have several vehicles and That is who I recommend. He does a great job getting it done and staying on top of any repairs and always lets you know what is going on. Thank you!
