Service Scam

Inflated service charges. Asked to replace the battery - paid over $400 for something that should have cost between $100-200. Ridiculous that they add in bogus “diagnosis” changes for a dead battery.

Had a great experience buying my vehicle for Tommy Vaughn. Sales person (Jose Lima) was very professional and was not pushy like many other dealership individuals I have previously encountered. The whole buying experience was very fast and right to the point. No back and forth to the manager in the back, they came with the offer for my vehicle and the price on the vehicle I was buying and deal was done. Would recommend buying your next vehicle from Tommy Vaughn.

Tommie Vaughn Quick Lane

My SUV is a ?95 Explorer. Tommie Vaughn Service has helped me keep it running for 26 years. My latest visit to the Quick Lane facility was very good. Excellent service & very friendly people - made the wait not bad at all.

5 Star Customer Service - Repair Department

I received amazing and professional customer service from Elizabeth in the repair department. She followed up with a phone call like she promised when my car would be ready. Also, the uplift service that is provided just adds an extra layer of support to make sure the customer is well taken care of.
