Excellent Service!!

Quick Lane personnel were very courteous & helpful while I brought my vehicle to get serviced. I had no wait & the work was done perfectly without the wait. I highly will be back.

poor customer service

Made an appointment to get my truck looked at for "CEL". After a few hrs The service advisor Josh came out & advised me that the truck needed to "cool" off before they could get an accurate reading from the CEL & would need to keep the vehicle overnight. I thought this was odd considering I had a 7am appointment but agreed. I called the next day around mid morning to follow up & Josh informed me that the truck was giving multiple codes & didn't want to "throw" parts at it. I questioned Josh at what point would you make a diagnosis of the problem it has been a day & a half? He told me he would go talk to the tech & call me back, after an hour & half not hearing back from him I call him back. Josh tells me there is nothing wrong & the vechicle is running fine & there is not an issue. How is that? When you told me the truck was giving multiple codes. His response is " it happens sometime". So they return my turn to me with CEL still on & still running roughly. Not the service I was expecting from Tommie Vaughn Ford wasted 2 days of my time to tell me nothing is wrong. I'll try another dealer & hope to get a diagnosis but won't be returning to "Tommie Vaughn Ford".

Fast service

I bought my new car at another ford dealership but they could not help me get a few upgraded features. I called Yall and Bobby Harrel not only got the parts for me but also had them installed the same day I called. Thank you!
