Pleasant visit
My visit was pleasant which began with a cup of Community coffee. When i was told i needed New front brakss, I went to the showroom and talked to a salesman about a new future vehicle. When I returned, my Expedition was ready and waiting. They even took care of a flat tire.

I think that in the future I will make an appointment for your quick service, as I had an unusual wait due to all of the customers. Also, when I got home a road hazard had damaged one of my tires. I went to Discount tires and they noted that one of my original tires had a bump (?) in it. Why wasn't this noticed at the service when they were doing the lube rotation etc?

Tommy Vaughn Ford Excellent Experience!
This was the best car buying experience I have had in 40 plus years of buying cars! Shannon Stem ( sales rep ) was great and the Sales Manager was excellent also. I live over 200 miles from the dealership and we basically did the trade in price and new car price over the phone. Guess what, when I got to Tommy Vaughn in person the prices had not changed! My wife and I bought the car on the spot and picked it up the next day, needless to say she LOVES her new car.
