Pleasant buying experience

The dealership is low key, straight forward, honest, friendly and customer oriented. I purchased a Ford 2015 Edge and the entire experience was pleasant. Sales, service, parts, and Quick Lane were helpful and friendly, as was the financing staff. There were no hidden charges or dealer add-ons. I recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Great service

Staff was very nice and helpful, my Ford Fusion is awesome I love it!! And Mr. Watson was excellent, and very funny, he gave me a great deal!!! I would definitely recommend someone else to go purchase a vehicle at Tommie Vaughn Ford!!

3 out of 3 issues were resolved under warranty.... I am a little curious what the need was to have my truck driven 31.4 miles in order to fix a seat air conditioner, a faulty wiper arm and a software issue....Can someone please explain?

I was not fully satisfied with the service from the Office, because I did not get a completed checklist on my vehicle to explain what type of condition it is currently in. However the service advisor did give me some details as to what was going on with my automobile after I questioned her in-depth. I would have appreciated a little more friendly and caring customer service. Thank You

Great Buying Experience

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 at Tommie Vaughn last week. Everyone we encountered was very professional.Our salesman,David Watson,went the extra mile for us in making sure everything we asked for was taken care of.He even personally delivered our truck to us Saturday night.We will definitely recommend this dealership to all our friends and family.Great buying experience!

Fantastic Service

Laura Luna was great. We arrived their at 10am and drove off with our new Escape at 12:30pm. She was nice, helpful, and listened to what our needs were. I would definitely recommend Tommy Vaughn to others.
