Not much to tell. My Escape was in for a recall repair. I called, made an appointment, took the car in at the appointed time, and it was repaired.

The service staff was excellent. I brought my 2009 Escape to repair a tire pressure sensor. It was done promptly. Although, I had to return about three hours later because I had trouble restarting my car. The service advisor had told me over the phone that it might be my starter but because of the oncoming holiday, the tech wouldn't be able to get to it until Tuesday. When I returned for help, another service advisor, came out to help me. Josh suggested that I might just need to replace my battery. He said that the Quick Lane could check my cold cranking amps faster than waiting for regular service. He was right, the gentlemen at Quick Lane replaced my battery. When my tire pressure sensor was replaced, supposedly my battery had been checked and everything was fine.
