New F350 Crew Cab Super Duty 2015
Wonderful! I have been a customer since I bought my 1986 F350 crew cab pickup there. Since then I have bought numerous cars and trucks from Tommie Vaughn Ford. This last one was the most painless dealership experience yet. I called Christy Zeh and picked one of the stock units out on the internet while on the phone with her. She handled everything on the phone and delivered the truck the next day to my office. I didn't even have to leave. She brought me the truck and the paper work and gave one of my employees a ride back to the dealership to pick up another truck that was ready in the service department. I don't know how you can beat it. I have enjoyed my relationship with the Tommie Vaughn dealership for close to thirty years and will continue to buy there.

2015 Tahoe
We came to a fair price for the new vehicle and trade in and are happy with the new Tahoe. The only negative would be that it took your team 4 tries to get the paperwork to match the deal that we agreed upon. All errors were in your favor too, just sayin..... Anyway at the end of day we were happy with the deal.

I brought in our Expedition with 49,000 miles thinking it was time for a brake job. After checking it out, the service advisor called and informed me we just needed the rotors turned. Very honest! Job completed the same day.

Purchase of new Edge
I spent over a month in researching the car that I was planning to buy. After driving several cars/SUVs, I kept coming back to the Edge. I'd driven an Escape (company lease car), but was looking for something bigger. Then my challenge was to find the specifics that I wanted (and didn't want) in the car that I would actually buy. Alex at Tommy Vaughn was able to locate just the right car that I was looking for. It was actually a car that they were awaiting delivery on and I was given "first refusal" on it. When it arrived at the dealership I was out of town on a vacation/business trip. Alex reserved the car for me until my return. When I did finally get to see it, he had it detailed and all ready to go! I was thrilled to finally get to see it and drive it after all this time. I very much appreciate Alex and Max, their willingness to work with me, find what I needed and wanted. I also appreciate their friendly but professional manner that they displayed. I am happy with the entire experience and look forward to a long relationship with the dealership. Thank you!
