Great Service Work
The Service staff is great to work with, especially Liz! I need to have my daughter's 2005 Focus gone over for reliability before we send her away to college, and they understood the situation and provide honest and accurate feedback on what items to address. Their estimates for the repairs and the actual costs were within $20 buck of each other. The repairs were actually lower than the estimate.

Trust and Dependability
For as long as I buy Fords, I will depend on Tommy Vaughn. The service center is the best. I won't take my '02 T-Bird anywhere else. I know the care it gets there (thank you Bobby) is well thought out as far as the car is concerned and my investment. Thank you for all you do to keep me and my yellow bird rolling down the road.

Exceeded Expectations
Purchased 2006 F250. Was in Houston for a family member's quarterly MD Anderson visit. Had been considering purchasing a Chevrolet Truck in my hometown so thought I would check out the "Big City" inventories while in Houston. The low mile F250 popped up during an online search so thought I'd go look at it. The truck was as described and the salesperson was surprisingly attentive and enthusiastic. The sales manager was very professional and honest. The F&I manager was prompt and helpful. They said what they'd do and did what they said. It's good to know there are still good honest car guys and a neighborhood dealership that know how to treat people. Tommie Vaughn Ford far exceeded my expectations of a "Big City Car Dealer"

Quick repair
I have a 2009 Ford Edge that I just love. My sunroof stopped working, of course while opened so I took to the dealership right away due to all the rain we've been having & was expecting more that day. I was surprised that a representative did not come out to the car to greet me & take my information as done in the past. My Service Advisor, Paula Restivo was not very personal, she made me feel rather dumb. Upon picking up my vehicle, the young lady that helped me was extremely friendly, helpful & made my waiting time for them to bring my vehicle up very enjoyable.
