Terrible Services

I brought my Ford Mustang there last Thursday and they send me home saying they are seriously behide schedule. They recommended I bring in my car early next Monday so they work on my car to fix the problem. I did bring my car early Monday morning and I called them to check the status 8 hours later. What they told me is that my car is still in the lot waiting in line to be checked. They also told me that I can come pick up my car if I can wait. I bought a Ford because it is made in USA. I will buy a Japanese car next time.

Worst customer experience with Service department

Warranty Service

Courteous, polite, prompt service. Completed my warranty issue in a timely allowing me to be on my way. Very happy with Service Advisor Liz Bell.

Jimenez Ford Purchase

The only suggestion that i would make is that the salesperson seemed a bit inexperienced and did not take time to explain all the features of the truck. it would have been nice to understand something like the diesel exhaust fluid before i drove off. Thank you.

Repaired but not finished

The repair service performed well, but it took longer than planned. I am disconcerted that there are no parts to repair my car's transmission and there is no projected date for the parts to be available.

Very easy car purchase

David was awesome! He made it very easy to purchase.. needed a lot of detail for commercial up-fit and he had measurements instantly. He gave me price that worked and rebates made it worth quick purchase. Very easy to buy - all papers ready for signature for finance.. no problems at all. Very easy and smooth process.

Great customer service

The buying experience went well and fast till I had to wait an hour for the car to be cleaned up. The salesman was great but it took longer to get my car cleaned up then to buy it
