Don't know what this is.
For screw in tire. Refused to patch due to location near tire edge. Purchased new tire from stock, very glad a matching tire was in stock! Was out in an hour. thought price was high but since I learned the price was competitive.

Low Tire Pressure
Simple service -- low tire pressure message popped up. The customer service staff was helpful but I had to wait an hour and a half just to get air put in my tire. Other than the long wait, all was well.

Excellent Experience
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned F-150 XLT. I am very pleased with my truck. But the decision to buy from Tommy Vaughn was because of the friendly and helpful sales staff. Both Anthony and Kendall were extremely helpful through the entire process. And also, I would like to say that the finance guy was also honest and friendly as well. Overall, excellent experience.

Purchase and service at TV.
Purchased a 2014 Ford Escape in March 2014. The sales person was very helpful and attentive. Since then I have had the car serviced several times and each time the service department/quick lane was great with very little waiting and friendly people.

Great Service Dpartment
I went in at 5:30 to check on making an appointment for later, knowing they closed at 6, Andrew said he would do it (oil change) then. AWESOME, the place I purchased my new Ford Flex gave me a free oil change coupon by I will always use Tommy Vaughn for service. What a friendly and accommodating department. I am set up to come in for warranty work in a couple of days. If it's half as good, it will be great!
