Excellent, friendly service

Richard Ruffino did an excellent job helping us to evaluate and compare the various vehicles we were considering. Richard is very knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured to make a decision. He merely provided all of the information we needed. Richard also researched all discounts and rebates that were available to us making sure that we got the best price possible.

2015 Mustang. the service dept at Tommie Vaughn is lacking. Takes too long for oil change. 4-5 hours is much too long. The sales and finance depts are great. Thats the only reason I keep going to Tommie Vaughn, but I don't know how long I will keep coming to the Service Dept. It needs some revamping.

Satisfied customer!

I purchased a 2015 Escape SE. The process was very simple. I went on-line, browsed the inventory, found the car with the options I wanted, then called my salesman, David Bagby. I took my trade-in to the dealer, received my appraisal on the spot, got a fair price, then signed the paperwork. The car went to make-ready, and in about three hours, start to finish, I drove out with my new car. Working with David and Tommie Vaughn is very simple and easy. That's why I will continue to be a Tommie Vaughn customer.

Great customer service

My husband took vehicle in and had excellent customer service. Tommie Vaughn always meets our expectations. Our salesman Thad Free is excellent. Also Andrew Johnson the quicklane manager is Excellent.
