A/C Problem Fixed

A/C was not blowing cold air. Ford dealer in Humble quoted me $1700 to fix. Was fixed for $650.

Bought my 2015 Ford Fusion

I had a good experience at Tommie Vaughn. The sales rep Javier never pushed me to get the sale. When I told him about my preference, he took me and my daughter to another lot and showed me different colors and accessories of a Ford Fusion. Javier and the internet Manager Michael were informative. When I came home, I made the decision, I will no longer search my car at another dealer. I will purchased my car at Tommie Vaughn. That evening I went back to Tommie and bought my 2015 Ford Fusion. I also like the drink refreshments provided. It would have been nice if there was popcorn or snacks come with it while waiting for paperwork to finish.

Tommie Vaughn Ford Review

I sent an EMAIL to Mr Janke with my appreciation to Sam Powell and the rest of the team. I especially appreciated Mr. Powell's patience and extra effort to get me back on the road. My only disappointment is in Ford Motor Company. It was disheartening to know that Customer Service did not have the ability to get your body shop or myself a firm date on bumper brackets. That in itself forced me to buy new as opposed to waiting (who knows how long) for any promise.
