this is the 3rd oil change I've received since I got my 2nd new truck from Tommie Vaughan and it's great, all I do is pull up and go in and give them my key and they take it from there and I sit and have a cup of coffee and in about 30 minutes, they're done and I'm on my way. Also this time I made my appointment very easily on the website.

2011 Ford Edge
I have a 2011 Ford Edge that I bought from Tommie Vaughn used cars in 2013. It's a wonderful car and I have no complaints. Previously I brought my car in for an oil change, etc. and they told me I needed something like Air Vent (Air conditioner) filters, so I purchased them. (Sorry I don't have my paperwork with me to know exactly what they replaced) This visit they told me the same thing. I have never heard of that car part, but asked a few people and they were unfamiliar with it to. I told the technician that I have just replaced this part, he looked in my file and said..."you're correct". It just made me feel like they were trying to up-sell items that I didn't need. Other than that....it was a great experience and the staff is very friendly.

The only problem, minor one, was that I took the car in on a Thursday and the part needed didn't arrive until Friday morning. Which meant, I had to make a return trip. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.
