New car Purchase

I replaced my 1995 F150 XLT with a 2014 model. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price.

Used Mustang Purchase

Was slightly asckewed when the price changes from what was originally discussed the night before. Once an agreement was met I ended up paying 250 more than anticipated. Whatever it's only 250 and that's the reason for the 4. As for my sales rep, finance and the used manager Dustin they were all super nice, polite, professional and passionate about what they do. I will only buy future Fords from Tommie Vaughn and would never recommend another. Nice that it's in my neighborhood too. I will say I had no anxiety at all through the whole process. Vehicle interior detail left something to be desired but other than that it's a go!!

Service

I purchased my truck from Tommy Vaughn and have had it serviced there ever since. They always do a good job and the service team is great. My only gripe is that they don't wash the vehicle. The last time it was in for service, my bill was over $1,000. It would just be a nice touch to have a clean vehicle when you pick it up.

Good fast service

I went in for service. I was in and out in approximately 30-35 minutes. Since I have a service agreement, it's an easy experience. I give them my name and the key to my vehicle. That's it. I am in and out quickly.

A painless experience

Last November, I purchased my second new vehicle from Tommie Vaughn Ford, a 2015 F150 Platinum pickup. The experience was about as painless as new car buying could be hoped to be. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I believe I received fair pricing and great service.
