Flawless. Vicente and Rick were just perfect.

We were on vacation and the old Explorer died, so we went shopping for the car I'd always wanted- a lare-model, high-end F150. Tommie Vaughn had about a dozen potentials, gave me the bottom price for our Explorer (which was not running due to transmission problems), and we walked out with a 2010 F150 Platinum 2 hours later. Vicente the salesman and Rick the finance guy processed our transaction like we were family, and never tried to up-sell or overcharge. Perfect service.

Great people at this dealership

My experience at Tommie Vaughn Ford was the best I have experienced. David Watson was my sales person, and along with the sales Mgr, my deal was stress free and very competitive. I changed vehicles choices a couple of times and David always provided the new information I was seeking. A very positive experience and one I will repeat when the time comes.

Honest, Knowledgeable and Helpful

Just purchased my third truck from Tommie Vaughn...would not consider trading with any other dealership. Sam Powell isn't your typical salesman, he's interested in what his customers want and works hard to ensure complete satisfaction. Trust, responsible & easy going = Tommy Vaughn

We have been buying our cars/trucks with Tommie Vaughn Ford all our Married life....42 years. We love that they have stayed locally located and that they treat you just like you are family. Many of the employees have been there for years. There isn't a bunch of haggling they just give you the best price they can. When we went to pick up our last new vehicle, car was ready and waiting for us as was all the paper work. We were given instructions on the operations and they were not rushing us though. Tommie Vaughn Ford......is just a warm casual atmosphere and we will go back for our next new vehicle!

Great Deal - Great Service!

I live in New Orleans and flew to Houston to buy a Ford Edge from Javier at Tommy Vaughn. No one in New Orleans could come remotely close to their price - it was certainly worth the flight. I did my deal through email with no problems. Javier was very helpful. He even picked me up at the airport! Thank you Javier for all your help.

nice experience , the sales man was very nice and very practical, told him the price I wanted and he came back after couple of hours with the best price, no pressure at all. finance was knowledgeable, and the life time warranty is the best
